Vendor Help Resources
Store Setup
Setting up your store is a relatively straight forward process. The intuitive setup wizard will help you get the basic shop configurations to get you started.
Upon confirming your vendor registration, you will be given an opportunity to setup your store with the automated wizard. You can skip this process if you prefer.
You can access your store page anytime by clicking on MY SHOP from the main header navigation. This will take you to your main store page where you control everything about your shop.
Click on SETTINGS from your store page. Fill out all the sections that pertain to your store setup. You will see a progress bar above indicating the completion of the setup. You do not have to achieve 100% completion in order to begin selling.
The SETTINGS section is where you configure all aspects of your store.
Shipping
INQQY™ shipping is easy to configure and manage, built on a two-tier flat rate shipping system by countries. You have complete control over where you want to sell and ship around the world.
The two-tier system is broken down into store level and product level tiers.
Store level shipping acts as the general default shipping rate for the entire store. All products within the store will default to the store shipping rates automatically.
Product level shipping allows you to further customize shipping rates for each individual product.
How you setup shipping greatly depends on the type of products you sell.
Stores that only sell products of similar weights and sizes, such as a jewelry store or shoe store, can set a base shipping flat rate at the store level and skip product level shipping altogether. Every product added to your store will default to store level shipping configuration.
For stores that offer a variety of products with different weights and sizes will require a little more flexibility. This is where product level shipping comes in.
Your store comes pre-configured with our default hybrid two tier shipping system enabled.
The pre-configured template is the easiest and most flexible setup for most vendors.
STORE LEVEL SHIPPING SETUP
Go to MY SHOP>SETTINGS>SHIPPING ***Use tool tips for help***
STEP 1 –
ENABLE SHIPPING:

PROCESSING TIME:
This is the average time it takes for you to process orders and ship out. You can update this at any time.
SHIPPING TYPE:
Select “Shipping by Country” to initialize setup and open additional options.
STEP 2 –

ENABLE LOCAL PICKUP/LOCAL PICKUP COST
You have the option to allow local pickup and charge a fee if you wish.
By default, “SHIPS FROM” is designated to the United States. Update this to where you will be shipping products from.
STEP 3 –
SHIPPING RATES BY COUNTRY:
This is where you define which countries you wish to sell and ship to. Note that these fields are pre-configured for our default hybrid system.
We highly recommend disclosing the countries/regions you plan to sell in your store profile, policies, and product information panels.
The United States and “Everywhere Else” are the default load outs under ‘Shipping Rates by Country’. Within each country configuration, you can control the shipping rates by state/province. Under the US controls, Alaska and Hawaii have been pre-configured as these two states typically incur higher shipping costs. Add as many state/provinces to control costs for each of these areas using the +/- buttons.
Everywhere Else is the flat rate shipping cost for all areas that do you do not define. Think of this as a global flat rate shipping.
