What Shipping Methods Are Available?

INQQY™ is a global marketplace, and shipping methods and carriers can vary based on sellers region and available carriers. Sellers dictate the methods and carriers which will be disclosed on their prospective store shipping policies.

Do You Ship Internationally?

In general yes. That said, INQQY seller's are located all around the world. Sellers ultimately determine whether or not they will make available international shipping options.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The time of delivery can vary depending on sellers location, their processing times and shipping methods available. Seller's are responsible for properly displaying estimated times for delivery along with full disclosure of shipping policies on their respective stores and product listings.

Please read the terms and policies for each vendor before making purchases. You can always inquire with vendors directly for clarification of policies.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa/MC, Amex, and Discover through our Stripe payment gateways. We also accept payments by PayPal.

Order & Returns

How do I place an Order?

INQQY™ shopping is no different than any other online shopping experience. Browse through our catalog of products and vendor offerings, add them to your shopping cart and checkout with payment. Receive confirmation and up to date status changes through your account dashboard.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Order cancellations policies are dictated by vendors written policies and each vendors policies will vary.

In general, once you place your order, the vendor will take on average 1-3 business days to receive and process your order. For most vendor policies, you can only cancel an order if the vendor has not yet completed the processing phase of your order.

In other words, if the vendor has not packaged and process shipping for your order, you should be able to cancel orders without any penalty.

In general practice, if you must cancel an order, we highly recommend contacting the vendor within 24 hours. Please note that some vendors process orders very quickly for high level of customer service. In these cases, you must make arrangements with vendor immediately after the purchase to determine if your order is eligible for cancellation.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. INQQY™ requires you to register an account to make purchases. This is a security measure for all parties involved in the transactions within the marketplace.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can use the "Track My Order" found on the upper right hand corner of the header section.

You can always find order and tracking information in your account page, along with many other helpful information about your account and transactions within INQQY™.

How Can I Return a Product?

Returns and exchanges are determined by the sellers terms and conditions. Sellers will disclose their policies on their respective store pages and product listings.

In general, most vendors will not accept returns unless the items received have been damaged or are defective.

Please be sure to read the terms and conditions along with any related policies of each seller before determining to make purchases.
